The Group visits gardens locally within about 25 miles.

The visits take place on different days, both weekdays and weekends, and the actual format and frequency evolves according to the time of year, and those attending. Using members’ cars, both drivers and non-drivers are needed, and some of the visits will be suitable for the less able – information on this aspect made known from the start. Likewise, time of day, and meal / refreshment arrangements will vary. Because of these constraints, the numbers on each visit will alter, to suit the premises.

I have started to plan a program of garden visits for the coming summer. I am hoping to start the season by visiting a snowdrop garden by the end of February or early March. Please let me know if youi would like to receive details of planned visits this year.
