Scottish Country Dancing:
The group meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays in the month from 2pm-4pm in the Scout Hall in Somerton.
A good way to get fit - just wear loose clothing and soft shoes. Basic steps and formations are taught and these are practised in simple easy dances everyone can enjoy (you don't need a partner).
Please contact Liz if you are interested in coming along by email. The fee is £3 per session payable on the day and this includes a tea break halfway through the afternoon. Contact Liz if you have any questions.
