Shibashi (Taiji Qigong Shibashi) is a popular, gentle, and easy-to-learn system of 18 qigong movements developed in 1979 to improve overall health, reduce stress, and enhance energy flow. Combining Tai Chi movements with deep breathing, it is practiced by millions worldwide to improve cardiovascular health, boost the immune system, and relieve chronic pain.
